The Best Western hotel chain is one of the largest in the world, with more than 4,000 hotels in over 80 countries and 60 years of experience. The challenge was to communicate the arrival of the chain with its Best Western Santa Marta Hotel and generate business opportunities interested in the acquisition of fiduciary rights.

Solution

We generated campaigns to capture leads in the different digital channels that arrived in a CRM. Through automation, we were able to profile people according to their interest and at the same time, nurture them with valuable content focused on the benefits of acquiring these fiduciary rights, thus awakening interest in users to schedule an appointment with the commercial advisor, who would later be responsible for closing these opportunities.
